1. Royal T — 15 ml
A 15 ml shot containing a single active ingredient: Mitragyna speciosa extract — kratom. It sits in the Royal line alongside the herbal stimulant shots, but it is a fundamentally different product from the rest of the range and it deserves to be read as one.
Kratom is the leaf of a Southeast Asian tree in the coffee family. Its principal alkaloids, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, act at the body’s opioid receptors. That is not a comparison or a figure of speech; it is the mechanism, and it is why this page carries a different set of warnings from the other three Royal shots.
Reported character is dose-dependent in direction as well as intensity: lifting and sociable at a small amount, distinctly sedating at a larger one, with the whole thing running up to about four hours. Nausea and dizziness are commonly reported.
Legal status: Mitragyna speciosa is legal to sell and possess in the Netherlands. It is banned or controlled in a number of other countries and remains under regulatory review in the EU and the United States. Check the law where you live before ordering.

3. Why this shot is not like the other three
If you have taken Royal X, C or E, put that experience aside. Those are caffeine-and-amino-acid stimulant shots. This one is a kratom extract, and the differences are worth being explicit about:
- It acts at opioid receptors. Mitragynine binds them directly. That is a different pharmacological class from anything else in the Royal range.
- Regular use produces tolerance, dependence and withdrawal. This is well documented in the literature, and it is the single most important thing to know before you start. No amount of responsible spacing makes kratom non-addictive — spacing reduces the risk, it does not remove it.
- The direction of the effect reverses with quantity. Small amounts are described as stimulating; larger amounts are sedating.
- Combining it with depressants is where the harm is. Alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioid medication, sleeping tablets. The serious case reports almost all involve a combination rather than kratom alone.
- Nausea and dizziness are routine, not a sign that something has gone wrong.
3.1 How to take it
- Shake the bottle properly. The extract settles and an unshaken shot is not evenly dosed.
- Take it an hour after a meal, not on a completely empty stomach and not straight after eating.
- Drink half first and wait. This is the whole reason a 15 ml bottle is a sensible format — you get to see how you respond before committing to the rest.
- Follow it with a glass of water, and keep drinking water through the evening.
| Quantity | Commonly described as |
|---|---|
| Under 5 ml | Mild |
| Around 10 ml | Moderate |
| 10 to 15 ml | Strong — the top of the stated range |
| The full 15 ml bottle | The stated maximum for one occasion |
4. Cautions
- Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Kratom acts on the body’s opioid receptors. Regular use can lead to tolerance, dependence and withdrawal — this is well documented and is the single most important thing to know before starting.
- Do not combine with alcohol, sedatives, opioid medication or other central nervous system depressants. This combination is where serious harm occurs.
- Do not use if you have heart, lung, liver or kidney problems, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes, without medical advice.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
- Kratom is restricted or banned in several European countries and under active regulatory review elsewhere. Check your local law before ordering.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Kratom acts on opioid receptors. Anything you read that describes it as non-addictive when used sensibly is simply wrong, and we would rather say so on our own product page.
- A 15 ml liquid shot whose only active ingredient is Mitragyna speciosa extract.
- Pharmacologically unlike the rest of the Royal line — this one acts at opioid receptors.
- Stimulating at low quantities, sedating at higher ones, running up to about four hours.
- Tolerance, dependence and withdrawal are documented with regular use.
- Never with alcohol, sedatives or opioid medication.
- Nausea and dizziness are commonly reported. Legal in the Netherlands, restricted elsewhere. 18+ only.
- Order before 16:00 on weekdays for same-day dispatch in plain, unmarked packaging.
