Six pre-measured one-gram doses of Mexicana truffles in a blister pack. The whole point of it is that the measuring is already done: cut out a dose, take it, and the rest stay sealed.

Psilocybe mexicana is the mildest of the sclerotia species and the standard choice for microdosing precisely because of that. A gram is the reference starting amount, and the blister format makes six consistent sessions straightforward in a way that a loose 15-gram pack does not.

3. Why pre-measured doses are the right way to start

The blister format looks like packaging convenience and it is actually the main thing this product is selling. Three reasons:

1. It removes the scale from the equation. Weighing 1 g of fresh sclerotia accurately requires a 0.1 g scale that most people do not own, and eyeballing it is how a microdose becomes a light dose by accident.
2. It keeps the other five sealed. Fresh sclerotia degrade once air reaches them. A loose pack opened weekly for a microdose is losing potency between every session, which makes the sessions incomparable — and comparing sessions is the entire method.
3. It makes consistency possible. Six identical doses means any difference you notice between days is about you and your circumstances rather than about how much you happened to cut off.

3.1 Frequency, which matters more than amount

Do not microdose every day. Tolerance to psilocybin builds quickly and cross-tolerance is well documented, so daily dosing means taking more for less. Established schedules leave days off — commonly one day on and two off, or a few days on and a few off — and a longer break every few weeks is normal practice. 2. Take it in the morning with water or a light breakfast.

4. No alcohol during a microdosing period.
5. Refrigerate the remaining doses — up to three months.

4.2 Cautions

• Over 18s only.
• Not in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• Not for anyone with a personal or close family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or another serious psychiatric condition. Psychedelics can trigger episodes in people who are already predisposed — this is the caution that matters most on the page.
• Not alongside SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or lithium without talking to a doctor. Lithium and psychedelics together have been linked to seizures.
• Nothing else in the mix: no alcohol, no cannabis, no other substance.
• No driving and no machinery for the rest of the day.
