3. 15X or 20X — which extract to buy
We sell both a 15X and a 20X Thai extract in two-gram packs, and the difference between them is less straightforward than the numbers suggest.

3.1 Weighing it
- You need a scale that reads to 0.01 g. The difference between 0.2 and 0.8 g is the entire usable range, and a kitchen scale cannot resolve it.
- Two grams is a supply, not a serving. Treating the pack as a dose is the commonest way people get into trouble with concentrates.
- Mix it into a liquid. Juice or a warm drink; it is bitter and does not dissolve cleanly. Drink it down rather than sipping.
- Extract tolerance builds faster than leaf tolerance. Last week’s amount is a poor guide to this week’s.
