3.1 Two caffeine sources, no declared amounts
Atomic, like the rest of this family, does not print quantities. With two separate caffeine-bearing ingredients in the capsule that is worth taking seriously rather than shrugging at. The practical rule: treat one capsule as an unknown but real caffeine dose, do not stack it with coffee or energy drinks across the same evening, and work up rather than starting at three.
3.2 How to take it
- One capsule to begin with, not three, with water or fruit juice.
- An hour ahead of when you want it. Capsules are slower than liquid shots.
- Do not add coffee or an energy drink on top.
- Water through the evening, and step somewhere cooler now and then if you are dancing.
4. Cautions
